Absolutely terrible loan servicer. NYSERDA should be ashamed of itself for using such a scam of a company. They got my bank account info wrong and charged me returned check fees and late fees and WOULD NOT LET ME CHANGE MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER UNTIL I PAID THEM $70 IN FEES for something that was THEIR fault.
