First time with this company, since day one they have been so rude instead of explaining details I thought when you pay to get lights on they come within a day not a whole week
This company is the very reason we need options about who’s service we buy they are rude to no end for starters when and if you get somebody to answer and our area is always the last in the state to have power pending an outage
This is the single most worthless utility company I’ve ever dealt with. Behind the times, incompetent money grabbing monopoly in this area. We need an alternative
Power just went out. 9 pm. Clear skies no wind. Keep getting busy signal for the past 30 minutes. Going to get generator. This is happening way to often. Ridiculous.
They have always been very helpful to me. They do their job however I do understand they have a lot more customers than just me. I thank the repair people and installation people and all office people for their help each and every time I have called on them.
Pitiful service, not prepared for any storms or outages a staff that can never answer a question no matter how simple it maybe. Chronic power outages for days are normal with this company.
If I could afford to run a generator 24 7 I would because the rude office workers for Concordia electric and rude is a compliment to what a few of them are and that is down right heartless when you have family of 3 and another on the way …
Every time we have had something happen Concordia electronic has got our power back on as fast as possible. They even call to make sure its back on. So far when the power is out for a long time it is because of Entergy not Concordia.
Well all I can say is if you want electricity at your home you have no other choice. For what ever reason the company can’t keep the lights on when its sunny and nice outside. Power outages in nice weather.

We’ve been fighting to have someone come check out meter for errors for 2 mo this now and the one day we get an attitude and ask why won’t they help they send someone out to disconnect our power. This place is nothing but a money hungry company and they need to be shut down and entergy needs to take over.

This is the poorest service I have ever experienced. Had and account with Entergy for the last 12 years and the power hardly ever went out. We had power all through the ice storm last year. It’s gone out twice here in the last hour.
Always have problems with them. Lights go out when there’s not a cloud in the sky, phone workers are rude when you can actually get ahold of them, and they’re always the last to get lights on during crisis. If you can get a different electric company DO SO.
