The worst customer service I have ever encountered… beats out TMW prior to their customer service strategy shift and also phone companies that string you along. So disappointed, there are no words. Shame on them. They should be embarrassed to conduct business in such a horrible manner.
The management tries to bring politics into business. so unprofessional. Hints this 2 star rating. Don’t waste ur time with these people. Better off somewhere else.
We have a simple request to assist with a parking issue in our community and the best they can do is tow someone if I can get a hold of the mgmt in time. I don’t want anyone towed I just want them notified they are parking in the wrong spot, but they can’t do that to help us park in our designated spot.
