Convenience of the mobile app is great. Systems have been upgraded in the last few months that allow for real time looks at your account.
Staff if friendly however their systems are way out dated. Direct deposits don’t post until 9:00 am or later and the staff can’t tell you if you have pending deposits maybe a training could help with this. But the direct deposit timing is my issue mainly!!

I have used this bank for years. These new changes need to be thought about. Elderly people hardly know how to use the machines. Then with no drive thru at end of month it will be hard on handicap to get out and go in if unable to use …
Itms are open from 7am-7pm during the week. That is very convenient. I also have a couple of loans with Connect Bank. Competitive rates & super easy application & approval process. Britt & Mark are my go to for loans! All of the staff is friendly.
