  1. Terrible office. The time on their website, Google, and answering machine says that they are open Monday To Friday until 9;however when I called at 4.34 PM answering serice said we just left for the day, call us back tomorrow!

    You schedule a shot appointment with the hopes they’ll be ready, but they never are. You end up spending way too long to do something so incredibly simple…if I had a choice I would never go again.

  4. The worst customer service out there…tried to reschedule an appointment for my son today given I have the flu. I was told there will be a $100 cancellation fee and I would not be able to reschedule until the wench who took my call checks with the doctor first. We’re done!

  5. This is the best place around for top allergists that I have found in Connecticut. I love Dr. Lee. He is an outstanding doctor who really listens and is expert in his field.

  6. After giving 2 stars a few years ago, due to surly front office, I am editing up as it isn’t that bad anymore. We are still going there. It’s fine. But if you have young kids, I still recommend Dr Randolph in Waterbury first if that is a possibility for you.

  7. Everyone was so nice. I had everything explained in the process of getting tested for allergies. I would highly recommend Dr. Abbosh and the associates here for any type of allergy testing.

  8. Efficient yet thorough. The dr always works with me to develop a treatment plan that will best help me manage my symptoms well and trusts my input about managing symptoms on a daily basis

  9. With the assistance and expertise of Dr Abbosh, my quality of life has dramatically improved. The no nonsense approach to fix the underlying problems is welcomed over the treat the symptoms only approach. Fix the problems and the symptoms lessen or disappear!

  10. Great practice. Went to the Middletown office. All the staff and Dr. Factor were very kind and professional. We felt safe visiting the office. Everyone wore appropriate PPE.

  12. Horrible!!! I was told five times that “somebody will call you” to receive an allergy shot since my doctor visit. However, it is been over a month and I still don’t receive any information from them. Every time I called them, somebody told me that “somebody will call you today”. I am not sure if they are able to provide any service.

  18. I’ve been taking my daughter here for years and have had only positive experiences scheduling appointments and receiving her shots. Sometimes I have had to wait longer than I expected, but overall, a great experience.

  42. I have seen Dr. Abbosh for years. She is phenomenal. With this visit, I was there to be tested for penicillin sensitivity. I forgot I had taken an antihistamine and she had me come a second time later that week to be tested. She really works with patients to solve problems and derive the best outcomes.
