I have used this group (and their store) for years and have always had top-notch service from routine eye care to a couple of emergencies.
The front office, where all calls go, are a bunch of inept clowns. Unreturned calls, unfilled prescriptions… I ran out of medicine TWICE solely because of stupid mistakes in the front office. I sorely miss Waterbury Retina.
I bring my mother there for an eye study she’s involved in. The staff there could not be Nicer.
The staff was friendly and helpful when I called to make an appointment and when I was in the office. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor, who was extremely knowledgable, patient and nice.
I find it inconceivable that this huge establishment of many, many doctors, is only working 4 days a week. It makes no sense to me!
I have paid $40 for the specialist visit for just 3 mins of his consultant to hear that there is no thing we can do to correct your problem. This is my second visit in 1 year. I think its better they tell me not to come for this issue again rather than wasting my money.
I have severe glaucoma and am losing my eyesight my doctor was great but I have been refused treatment over a outstanding bill of only 690.00 which I tried everything to work out a payment plan but was still turned away so I look at this place as they don’t care about your health but money first so sad
Went for an interview at this place, they obtained a credit check and a background with no conditional employment offer.. Followed up post interview and no response not even to say that they moved on with the employment search. I feel very uncomfortable leaving extremely personal information on an interview

I have been a patient of this practice for more than 6 years and travel quite a distance to get to any of the offices. The drive is certainly worth the time involved as I feel very fortunate to be a patient of this practice and Dr. Matt Paul who is an excellent doctor and surgeon.
Great doctors. They make sure that everything in your eyes are fine. They have multiple specialists on staff. All from great medical schools in the U.S. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you have to wait awhile, which I’ve never had to do, it’s worth the wait.
