  7. The three stars are for the telephone answering service. Be prepared to wait for awhile for someone to answer the phone. This morning, 3/4/2020, at 9:20 a.m. it took 4 1/2 minutes before someone picked up.

  12. Doctors are good but the staff is terrible. Those who schedule appointments are rude and the docs secretaries are incompetent. No follow through. Customer service seriously lacking. Also, they’ve added more doctors which is great, but they need to add another PT facility because after surgery you can never get an appointment.

  13. Excellent patient care on all levels. Dr. McCallum is excellent at what he does and explains what to expect really well. His staff is friendly and competant. Brooke was also very helpful and professional. I go to STAR PT across the parking lot and everyone from the ladies at the desk to the PT staff and helpers have been wonderful.
