Working with Cayla Pitts was the worst loan experience I have ever had ,her and her supervisor are incompetent,just wanted loan on preowned vehicles,and the just wanted to set it up as a mortgage to collect there 3 to 4 k in closing cost ,was just looking short term loan, wont be back.
Very happy to have Connexus Credit Union as one of my places to put my money as they believe in treating their customers with respect and dignity.They seem to perform all tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
The mortgage dept is always helpful and very friendly.
Always nice to have an encouraging attitude,
especially when we are making big home-owner decisions.
They’re charging $15.00 to pay your loan over the phone.
Which is forcing some people to go out, while we are in the middle of a pandemic and risk coming contact with someone with the covid virus.

Highly recommend banking elsewhere. Unless you want to over pay and sit on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone. 0/10. Done with this place and all I had was a vehicle loan. What a nightmare.
I paid my loan off in full. I continued to have them not only try repeatedly to take more payments out, but received harrassment calls from them for my delinquent payments on the loan I PAID OFF MY LOAN IN FULL. THIS IS THE SHADIEST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
I have been very happy with Connexus. I first chose Covantage but then found out how much better Connexus is. They are much more friendly, offer great perks on their free checking accounts and have awesome loan options. Even got a super low rate on an unsecured personal loan.

Probably one of the worst credit unions I have ever done business with. Poor customer service and monthly fees way above most other banks. Was a member for 20 years and the credit union started charging high monthly fees last year on a savings account without disclosing.
This bank does not know how to change to pull from a correct bank account. They keep pulling from a closed account and cost you more money to try to get it fixed. Don’t go here unless you want to miss or have your payments all messed up.
