They don’t care. They don’t care about you, about your family, about the health of you or your family. They just plain don’t care. Find a different facility because these people just don’t care.

Facility is freshly renovated. Easy access for everyone with ample parking, including wheelchair access and a covered drop off/pickup area in case of inclement weather. Format of waiting areas is outstanding.

Made an appointment, gave them the proper information including type of insurance only to discover that they don’t accept the insurance provided. When we got there they quoted us almost $200 for the visit. They wasted our time due to their incompetence. Will do everything I can to avoid this place in the future.

Started out with Jason around 20 years ago with my brother. My mom started seeing him too. I seen him a few times then Josh became my provider. I absolutely love that we have quality healthcare in Willis. The staff is fabulous and Josh is just the bomb. Conroe Willis Family Medicine is my healthcare choice.
Their current protocol is to NOT see sick people in person only over telehealth which means they can’t check your ears, throat, listen to your chest, etc. Basically all the things a doctor would do to help a sick patient. So crazy! Ended up cancelling and found another place who would see me in person!
