  1. No internet for a third week. Haven’t had this service very long at all but can’t cancel either without paying a huge cancellation fee. What a joke

  2. Horrible service and even more horrible Customer Service. Their IT Support team is clueless. Far more commendable to help and resolve the issues customer face instead of blaming them in order to save themselves.

  4. Worst Internet experience I’ve ever received. I’ve called multiple times for them to fix the constantly dropping Internet and every time I recieve some excuse and a fix that seems to only last until I get off of the phone with them. Extremely disappointed.

  5. Higher rates for already low performance with daily service interruptions and slow speed. If you disconnect you will have to drive to one of their sparse locations to return your equipment before they will disconnect you.

  6. Sucks. Very few channels for the price. Half the time it cuts out on widescreen. Channels completely stop coming in for an hour or more. The information on movies isn’t even right. And what is with those stupid upside down question …

  7. These people have had a “temporary” line in my yard leading to a neighbor’s house for a month. Called several weeks ago, cable was not removed, and I tripped over it last night. Called today to report an accident, now they won’t return my calls. STAY AWAY!!!

  13. Terrible service. The TV and internet is out frequently. You have to be your own technician and be in need of service calls. The service folks on the phone can’t seem to fix problems either. The new CCI is a joke! Bait and switch for more money than quoted. Don’t be fooled by this service. Run to a competitor!!!!

  16. nice people on staff here that were happy to help me when returning my modem after my contract had ended. I no longer needed service at the address, so I had it disconnected. their service is somewhat dependable and usually promptly fixed when the have an unteruptuon. overall a very good experience!
