The technology is very outdated. At this point people should be able to establish service without driving to their only office which is located downtown.

Horrible service. customer service is awful would not recommend to anyone. Ask to speak to the manager and she wouldn’t pick up and when she did she said she will call back and never did. The front desk associate was being very rude and nasty I will never have service from them ever.
Please do not have any issues on Friday because they will not try and help you out. Won’t even see if anyone would come and turn on the water before saying they can’t help you. No matter what they have a 24hour policy. So since it’s Friday it’s a 72 hour policy!!
