Very rude people. Does not offer any explanations on your bills which is ridiculous when they send out the bill!! I highly recommend anyone not to move in their billing districts.

Well where to start what company now a days doesn’t have a way to pay online, which they supposedly been working on for 6 years. They are rude to people and the water tastes bad! We had to buy Culligan system with RO just to have good water.Wish I could use a different water company.

The office staff is very rude. For no reason. Quit your job. We just need water service. Damn!!! Yes the water taste gross and smells like Clorox. Have a better day ladies.
We have very poor water quality. It smells very strongly of bleach. We had to put in a reverse osmosis system just to be able to drink our water. You should not have to do this to drink the water coming from a Public Water Supplier, but we will not drink it unless it is filtered heavily.

Poor customer service. When a company switches banks, and automatically cancels everyone’s auto pay, more communication should occur.
