Rates are okay. Arbitrary limits when trying to pay off a car loan. Online options were poor – they limit transaction amounts. Wanted either wire, or paper check in the mail. I’ve never faced artificial limits like this with other banks. Bush league.

I found my experience with CCU to be very pleasant. In fact, I’ve always had positive interactions with Consumers Credit Union. Also like the new building, it’s a comfortable environment. The young people who work her are well trained and polite.

Banked 15 years+ at Consumers Credit Union. I did what they asked and still denied credit. My credit score is fair, with a few more points it will be good. Truly feel decriminalization in the matter.
