yea real nice fellas you shut off my water all day and then when you turn it back on you blow up my toilets and leave me with amber water and no toilets!!! you know what happened fix it your workers ran thousands of gallons of water down the gutter in a drought!!!
You must be kidding, a 6% water rate increase in 2018. Give us a break!!! You have raised rates too often by too much. I vote to replace the Board of Directors and the General Manager with people who are more thrifty with the consumers money!
I’ve always had wonderful experience at the water district! Everyone is so nice and helpful! I signed up for the rebate program. They extended it and received my check during Covid19. I really like Carola andthe front folks!
Note to the collections department: You might want to stop putting past due notice stickers on the outside of your paper bills. Not only is it tacky but it’s illegal. You’re putting private account information on the outside of an envelope on a big red sticker for everyone to see. Ridiculous.
