My son was there twice and they helped him.
Came with trauma, left with more lol.
An amazing hospital!
this place literally gave me more mental health issues than I came in with initially
My grandson is getting treatment here now, I hope it works we have been struggling. I hope the food is good also.
This place is a NIGHTMARE to get ahold of anyone at the nurses station! I have called the last two days and the phone just rings! Then when I got through to someone I got hung up on. Maybe they need to hire more staff!
Rude nurses, my epileptic husband hasn’t been allowed his anti-seizure meds “until their doctor approves it” or whatever. Again, emphasis on RUDE nurses.
Waited over five hours for a simple phone call to see if my brother could be released, nobody answers their phones and I left voicemails but no Lu one person ever called me back!
I was there for a month and they made me feel as if I was at home but a much better home this hospital is the best one I’ve ever went to and I’ve been to many. A big big thanks to Vicki, Ashton, shunees, James, Cecilea, and markes sorry if I spelled your name all wrong but THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!
The mental health techs, decent food, and phenomenal patient-to-patient support allowed me to keep a mostly healthy mindset throughout my stay, and I would recommend this place to anyone with suicidal thoughts or severe depression/anxiety, as that is what I was there for.
It was good for me but they let a suicidal 12 year old girl get beat up 3 times and at her when she said she was going to kill her self by the the people that beat her up were 15 this happened 3 times they did not do anything to prevent it
I am 17. I was sent here for suicidal ideations. During my stay, i was treated like a prisoner. I witnessed horrible things that have heightened my PTSD more than I could have ever imagined. If you are reviewing this to determine whether or not to place someone here.. DO NOT PLACE THEM HERE
It’s a very clean facility and they took very excellent care of me while I stayed there. My needs were met and it’s one of the best hospitals ever. Reminds me of the hospital in Bella Vista. Excellent food and resources. The stads is very …
i just left nov 23 first impression hated thought was stupid was admitted for 72 hour hold thank you oscar, aubrey, amanda, alyhiah, yall truley belong in this feild helping poeple now the older nurses giant blondie mole on the face girl and …
They would get a five if you could get in touch with them after release. Four days of multiple people calling for critical paperwork and yet to get anyone other than the secretary. The service while under there care is great. It seems like once they get their money and your out, they are done with you.
Turned away because I was not insured. However, staff was friendly and offered a few mints and recommendations. Security was top notch with cameras at all points. Privacy seemed a high priority..
Location was nice and off the beaten path.
I have my son there since last week. Every time I call they leave me waiting 25 min then have an excuse and no on knows how my son is. I am in another state. I read a review from MX. Malaki and that better not be my son that was punched, …
The staff steals the patients clothing. When my daughter got upset about them stealing her coat, they went upon her medication.
Even though all that happened they did a great job. Thank God we have a place like this in Conway.
It was really boring mostly but not a bad place. I was in the adolescent unit. My biggest problem was that the staff never wore their masks properly for covid-19 precautions. But I think it is one of the better mental hospitals you can go to in Arkansas.
i went there and considered admission. they took me and my parents into a back room, took my vitals, and asked that my parents sign the papers to admit me—no overview of treatment, no explanation of anything. the three of us said we felt …
The facility itself is nice and new but the staff is not really the best. I was given a phone code to give anytime I called or if they called me, however they never asked for the code. I called once to ask about meds they wanted to give my …
Intake/Admissions: 4/5
This may have been due to the time I arrived (around 7:45am) but it took four …
Intake took hours and felt extremely repetitive. I was not given a room until later that night when i was promised one to rest in before breakfast at 8:00 am. Staff there are doing their best, but it feels like most of them are just …
As a patient who was in this hospital for 40 days, I can say that although I disapprove of certain aspects (mostly medicine related), I’ve never been to a hospital with such a kind staff. I want to specifically thank Erin, if you ever read …
My daughter was admitted here for depression and etc, and the services that the staff gave was awesome. Ms. Davis the therapist was very helpful with followup and questions that I might had. The only issue that I had with this facility is …
My 12 year old daughter was recently here for a stay due to depression and anxiety. During her stay there I never received updates on how my child was doing. They also didn’t do any real therapy sessions. From what my child described they …
Very impressed by the staff and the way the facility was orchestrated. Nurses were very sweet, therapists had great topics that really helped me in groups. And the techs were always there. Special s/o to Maggie, Debra, Jonathan, Emma, and …
Was admitted to the adolescent unit a couple months ago for self harm. A lot of the nurses and techs were very nice and more helpful than the therapist but they also seemed extremely understaffed and overworked. Biggest problem I had was …
This was a very good place, and helped a lot. I was in adolescente about 4 months ago. They have an amazing staff team. My only issue is that there was 1 staff member in particular who needs to be charged and fired. I don’t remember her …
I just got discharged today (Thursday the 15th) after being forced to stay a week. I went in for my anxiety/depression (Thursday the 8th), but mostly anxiety. I could tell by the first day this place wasn’t going to help, but I waited it …
I was there for 7 days. I walked in suicidal and walked out with goals and skills to hopefully keep me on track. The techs were awesome (Steven, Jonathan, Oscar and Grace), my Dr was so kind that I hate I can not see him permanently (Dr …
This place is amazing and has helped me change my life for the better. In October I was an inpatient off and on for a few weeks. All the staff are great. The medical and psychiatric team was so compassionate, the nurses were great and the …
I was here in 2018 for about twelve days. The techs were absolutely amazing. They were all so caring and kind. The nurses treated me well also. They almost felt like family. I wasn’t too impressed with my doctor while I was there. He was …
Went for an assessment for outpatient treatment, they made ambiguous threats about forcing me to stay which would be illegal unless they had a court order/I was transferred from the ER in suicidal crisis, made me sit alone in a room for an …
Only getting any stars because of the patients I met and the techs. Dr. Stinnet is a good psychiatrist and Jessica is an amazing therapist. Those staff reading who know who I am, know who I am talking about when I say that some of y’all …
My wife has been here a few times. These people took such great care of my Babygirl. I got to talk to her whenever I wanted within reason of course. No rush to get off the phone except for times for her therapy, her respect for others to …
Do not go here. I’ll say it plain and simple. I tried to kill myself and voluntarily admitted myself under suggestion of my trusted counselor. I was lied to multiple times during admission before signing things and I was mistreated while in …
I stayed here a week the staff was very sweet and welcoming but the food was horrible. I starved myself for a week because the food would make me sick. They do allow smoke breaks and for non smokers you still get to go outside and get fresh …
I went in for treatment of major anxiety. I had not been able to eat or sleep for weeks. I was 3 years sober but I was shaking all over night and day. My heart rate was exceeding 120-150 bom. I had been to the ER and the after hours clinic …
i was admitted here in the kids unit in april. the staff could care less about us. one i remember called all of the kids disappointments. this made all of us feel horrible about ourselves when a lot of us did nothing to deserve this. the …
worst ever experience. was there a little over a year ago. therapist didn’t talk to me, saw the doctor once, group therapy was a total joke as we just colored and talked about nothing. i loved the tech though, she was very joyful and it …
Ive been here about 2 times. Last time in december and the first time was about a year ago now, I plan on returning soon so i’m writing this to see if it’s the same. So my experience here was great. I was on the spring unit in adolescents. …
The staff does not care about the patients and their wellbeing. I saw multiple patients get pushed to the point of panic attacks because of staff yelling and getting in their face for no good reason. They lack basic respect and training. Do not go here or send your child here. More harm was caused then good.
The only good thing about here was the food and some of the workers. The night shift people were great. I was attacked during shift change and nobody knew about it foe about 5 minutes I was thrown on the ground and hit my head very hard and …
Honestly there was more bad things than good. There was about 3 weekday morning nurses that I absolutely loved. The foreign lady, the older African American woman who cleans sometimes and another that I can’t remember the name of. Grace was …
I am going to write an honest and point to earth review….
So in the beginning of my treatment plan was in processing for out patient. The …
