Copper Gas gouged our little church. We were struggling to pay their propane price to heat our little church. After too many ridiculously high bills, we found a much more reasonable local company charging half the price. Do your homework before you settle.
I have been calling for 3 days and they still have not filled the tank and it is hard to talk to anyone. They say it is scheduled to be filled but, this is outrageous. I am going with a different company who is local.
I would not give this company even half a star. Price 4.32 and 4.12 a gallon is price gauging! Do not buy from this company. You might think you can get away with this but I have news for you. Do not mess with my Granny! Price gauging the elderly or anyone for that matter is just uncalled for.

The installer was very competent and knew what he was doing. He was courteous and treated our new range (and kitchen floor) with care. He did not rush the safety checks of the gas line.
If there was a way to give negative stars I would. The customer service is horrible. I was put on hold for an hour and hung up on. The attitude was so unprofessional and rude. Will not be using Amerigas again!
The Iady I dealt with on the phone and email was very courtesy. I was very impressed with the courtesy of the technician that came and delivered the tank. He was very knowledgeable and showed me how to turn the gas logs on and off. He also removed his shoes before entering my home, not many technicians do that. 🙂

I tried to call all day (4 times) yesterday and never reached a person.
