So far pretty good, the coop sends out a newsletter each month, payments have been easy, service has been pretty good as well.
Terrible customer service. Terrible company but they have a monopoly on the market so there is no other option. On random months with no increase in usage my bill just jumps to double for some reason. Email sent asking why and of coarse there is no response whatsoever… Because they know I have no other option for electric service.
By far the worst ISP I have ever used. Speeds are consistently unusable for any type of internet activity, averaging .02 MBPs download and .04 upload. The latency spikes anywhere from 200ms to well over 20,000ms every few seconds or so. They also have horrible customer service. Do NOT sign with this ISP.
Great coop to deal with. We had some power issues they came right out in the middle of the night to fix it. They donate alot to the community too. The prices are laid out every month very easy to understand.
