Inefficient billing system. No reason not have a system that allows for online bank payment instead of working to mail a check to them.
Horribly managed city the water and sewer should not cost that much. They just keep adding additional charges.
I sure the water board here is use to getting bad ratings they are so far behind times .Wow you think they could update and do electronic payments .But if you think about it that is how they make there money by shut offs ,Late fees and β¦
Absolute horrible company. Double dipping on water bills. Charge way too much for their service. Wish there were other options to go with in this town. π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘ β¦
The water board sucks. They applied my payment to a different account then shut my water off. They took no responsibility for it and were slow turning the water back on.
crazy how much the goes up every month, and i can never get a correct amount owed on my bill! People who answer the phone are nice but its a poorly ran company that’s for sure!!!!
Service is fine, sewer bill is not!
We moved into a new home in Coos Bay, I transferred service into our names and received excellent service.
Nicest people and they final are able to take credit/debit cards which is nice. Only issue I have with company is random waterboard truck that nearly hit me. While I was driving through intersection.
You know I have had hard times paying my total bill on time.. This Company is the most nicest people to work with.. I don’t mind paying what I owe..

Incompetent and useless. Hours wasted on the phone proving house has been sold, proof of title change provided, yet, they are still going to bill us until the new owner puts the bill in their name. As if we have control of that. Good luck with getting paid.
Come into the new century! If you want to have payments on time, you need to have internet payments available. No I don’t mean schedule the payment with my bank, nor do I mean mailing it, you need to have either accept PayPal, Western Union β¦

I have had more disappointments recently with the same entity; the Coos Bay-North Bend Water Board. After sending in a payment to clear my account balance with this company last month, I have received an aggressive and uncomfortable β¦
I recently received a bill from CB/NB Water Board stating an amount that is not yet due (which I do not yet owe) is overdue!!! How RIDICULOUS!!! This company has repeatedly tried to charge me monies I don’t owe them in arrears. β¦
Been dealing with them for a few years, never had any problems. Water prices are cheaper through CBNBWB than nearly anywhere else in the state. They now have online bill pay, but honestly how difficult is it to mail a check in on time? Anyone who is an adult should be able to do that.
Terrible, this town is money hungry and this company shows it. They have turned my water off by “accident” the employee didn’t know what house to go to so he just decided to turn mine off and call it good. They overcharge. The amazing fees that you get because of someone else’s fault is just the cherry on top.
My bills are always huge no matter what I do, and I honestly don’t think they actually know how much water you use. We have no other options so you’re stuck paying whatever they decide you owe if you want to have water.

Tried to call customer service and there was a 15 minute wait time, which is fine. Call immediately dropped when they picked up. Called again right after with a 20 minute wait time hoping for a different result. Call dropped immediately β¦
Bills are misleading allowing to be padded. Had a total of 5 weeks water&sewer to home . One water service to home and two sewer hookups with my shop on premises. Total about $150. Water use was 196 cubic feet. In the end Coos Bay Water β¦
They have good customer service but the sewer charge is getting so high and I don’t know why because I use less water than ever before since my rent is going up. My water is not reasonable at all but at least it’s affordable when I barely β¦
