We are without power at least 2 or 3 times a month. Every time they come out to get power back on they put in an order to cut trees away from the power lines. This order hasn’t been carried out in about 3 years.
Great service! We get our power back on quickly if there is an outage and the customer service is fantastic! Plus, we get to have a vote in how our power company works. Far superior to large conglomerates who make all of the decisions for you.
