Poor service, they are a poor excuse for a bank, and don’t even consider depositing your check in the drop box they will drag their feet and not cash it till a week later.
Impolite staff that doesn’t seem to care for the jobs they have. No real interest in doing anything beside clerking, and getting you out as fast as humanly possible

NOT LGBTQ FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My boyfriend needed a notary to view him signing his divorce documents. The woman looked at the names on the divorce paperwork and said “I forgot you people can get married now” with clear distain of gay people.
Most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever worked with. I work with banks and credit unions daily and have never had the sort of problems I have with these people. Its insane to me that anyone would give them their money
Went there tonight to cash a check at 4:30 all lights off in drive through.. thought you guys did not close till 5:30!!! It is getting worse and worse with this credit union.. been a member for 20 plus years.. what a joke!!!
I can’t wait to close my account down there next month. You would think calling in to transfer money to you checking account would happen. Nope then you get charged for all the withdrawal frees.. Then your bank account is negative… Good job Copoco I love you.

Simply Awesome. I have dealt with them for over 2 years, and enjoyed the people and the service they provide. This includes even when I screw up.
