Just a nightmare.
Amazing Community with Amazing staff!
I was here after surgery taking antibiotics food was outstanding the personnel was always nice I highly recommend this place
I was here for rehabilitation after falling. I’d definitely return if needed. I think the care was excellent and the therapy department was exceptional.
Laura in Memory Care is amazing. Looking forward to getting to know more of the other staff members. Beautiful building and love the idea of the continuum of care!
I cannot say enough on how well the staff did with my mother in law. She passed away today and we could not be with her so the staff FaceTime us and never left her side. That meant so much and helped comfort my wife through this time. Thank you copper trace!!!!!
The care my mother received was great-the only negative thing is that we had to make several calls regarding not receiving all of her.clothing. We were given cloths that were not hers. …
They almost let my mother die through neglect. They were understaffed, however the worst part was their incompetence and lack of knowledge on medical procedures and lack of care of/for their patients. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Do your research before sending your loved one’s to Copper Trace.
If you are looking for a nursing home that is compassionate, loving and supportive, Copper Trace might be the home you are looking for. We placed my mom in several nursing homes throughout central Indiana over the past couple of years. …
I was in the facility for rehab follow a very serious full knee replacement which became infected. I can’t say enough good things about the cleanness of the facility as a whole. The staff, in rehab, the nurses that closely monitored my …
My mom died here after years of abuse: broke leg “accident’ while nurses play on their phones all day. CNA’s stole a lot of stuff over the years. …
My mother has been in the Memory Care side of Copper Trace for a few months now. After having had one terrible experience with Carmel Senior Living, we have been very pleased with the care, compassion & attention to detail she has had. …
Unable to get nursing staff to return calls to me when I had concerns about my mother’s health that needed checked in to. My mother’s shower was delayed 4-5 days until the administrator intervened and asked someone to follow through. No …
Had my grandmother on the waiting list at copper trace, and they told me because of behavioral issues, which is Alzheimer’s and had some trouble getting the meds right, and of course behavioral issues getting those meds right, which is a …
My dad has been in the rehab part of Copper Trace since Thanksgiving. When touring different facilities it was abundantly clear that Copper Trace was meticulously clean (didn’t have that “facility smell”). During the tour, their staff was …
Nice facility. Sometimes can be hard to reach by phone but overall caring, kind, and responsive team who took care of my grandpa during his time there.
Getting people to answer questions about loved ones in this facility is impossible. Everyone wants to pass the buck and they will transfer your call over and over and over until you finally give up. The administrator is Nancy and she is …
I must say, I agree with the lack of support for our loved ones in this facility. I kept receiving calls about her falling, to later find out she was walking around in only socks because they couldn’t find any of the 4 pairs of shoes she …
My Mom has pushed the button for the nurse, and there is no response. This is every time. I try calling mom, as I live about 3 and a half hours out. When they transfer the call, it is dropped. Every time. I was able to get a direct number …
My mother was recently admitted to Copper Trace rehab following her hip replacement. This is the absolute worst nursing home facility I have ever experienced. Yeah, the appearance is nice, but don’t let that fool you. The staff neglects …
“Our mother moved in to Copper Trace one month ago and is thriving. She now calls it her home with a smile on her face and pride in her new community”
Terribly ran and staffed and some people really do not take good care of your loved ones. My mom broke her hip while she was there and two nurses refused to give her the ordered doses of morphine. They said if hospice wanted her to have it …
The building is very nice. But beyond that i would not recommend this facility to anyone. My mother was at this facility for 10 months and during this 10 months there were 3 different times that her pain patches was not given to her but …
