The customer service is terrible. We were spoken to rudely by the workers whom came to our home and the woman whom answered the phone when we needed assistance.
The fact these people charge upwards of $500-600 for deposits is absolutely ridiculous. That they won’t even let you get back or transfer with an address change. Move places? Cough up another 500$
Just paid a $400 electric bill. So nothing against the workers there but i’m never gonna rate a happy review while I’m spending that kinda cash on bills.

Service is unreliable at best. Closed on a Friday last day of bill cycle for a funeral and wouldn’t take payments. Charged a late fee.
