  1. We moved out of our home in December and we continue to get bills from our old home from Core. I called in after receiving yet another bill in early January and was told that the service would be disconnected the following Monday and it was not. I just received another big bill.

  9. Service constantly goes out. At least 2 or 3 times a month for extended periods of time. Today it went out around 9 AM. Suns out and not a cloud in the sky, estimated time for the electric to be restored is 4-6PM. I’m beyond frustrated with this company.

  23. Someone hit a transformer near our house. It put more than 1300 customers out of power. IREA was out there fixing it almost immediately. Most customers had power within an hour and a half. All had power within three hours.
