  3. If you love waiting for the front office to pick up the phone for 15 minutes then this is the place for you. Every single time I call. Every. Single. Time.

  4. No one picks up the phone they shut the phone off a hour before they close nobody returns calls nobody follows through with prescriptions or appointments I have to walk in there literally to do it all

  5. Dr Tooma has done a great job on my right knee. I’ve had a sports injury torn ACL from a long time ago and he has performed a surgery to replace and repair it. It went very well. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend him and the facility to anyone

  6. It’s nearly impossible to get through to speak with anyone. My primary faxed a referral 3 times- they said they never received anything, and they told me they were bombarded with fractures and I wouldn’t be able to be seen anytime soon. Unprofessional and incompetent.

  7. Thank God for this place . It has helped Me so much . With Cortisone shots in My rt. knee & now Both hips . Great people work here . And Big shout out to Sean , Dr. Tooma assistant !!

  8. So far they’ve forgotten to order an orthopedic boot for my mother’s broken ankle that they were supposed to put a rush order on, and failed to sign the X-ray authorization referral for her. This place is more of a circus sideshow than a professional medical office. Go ANYWHERE else if you can.

  9. Horribly rude receptionists, very unfriendly. Also when my husband broke his arm, they offered to have a brace delivered to us, but didn’t tell us the cost. We got a random bill for over $200, and the office told us it’s not their problem …

  10. Worst experience at a doctors office in my life. It took over two hours to see the doctor even though we were one of the first patients to arrive, and there was only one other patient waiting before us. I wish I could give this place less than one star because that feels too generous.

  11. My insurance group Prime care stopped using Arrowhead Orthopedics because if the extensive complaints. Upon arrival at AO I was told this after I took a day off of work they informed me that my new orthopedics would be Corona Orthopedics …

  25. The doctors are friendly and care about there patients. The front office staff that answer the phone and make appointments could use a lesson on friendly customer service. The lady was so snippy and sassy over 1 question being asked.

  36. They never answer their phones or return messages, regardless of selected extension. I have left numerous messages with no call back. Whether I need to speak to the receptionist, medical records, or the back office, no one is around to take my call. I can see why there are so many dissatisfied patients.
