Was not notified in anyway that on Wednesday Nov. 21 would be closed at noon. Only a small sign was up at the front desk and only way to read was close up. I use drive thru mainly and none of the tellers mentioned the hours. Maybe next time use little information notes days prior, many drive thru customers weren’t happy.

I’ve never ever been treated the way Mrs. Margaret Darling (bank officer) treated me. She threatened me with wrong information on top of that. Then she ended up not answering my emails at all. I’m guessing she’s friends/family with the person who wrote me these fraudulent checks. SMH
I had a question about a loan, they took the time to call me instead of just an email response. You just don’t find that kind of personal service much these days. Been banking there for about 40 years for reasons just like this. Side note; they were right & I was wrong.
Excellent customer service. We live out of town and use this Credit Union for our “Special Savings”. The staff is very responsive to email or voice mail requests. They go above and beyond to provide personal customer service.
Went to this bank for my Dad to put me as beneficiary. Meagan did the paperwork. After his death I was told it wasn’t done because she gave us the wrong paperwork. So now there isn’t a beneficiary. Her excuse was that she was new. This is wrong in so many levels!
I’ve been with Cosden since I was 16 years old, I’m now 27. They’re the best Federal Credit Union in the area hands down.
