For some reason i couldn’t give them a piece of a star! Biggest crooks I’ve seen in my life. I hope they rot in prison for the money they’ve stolen from their customers!
So payed my bill at 11 and at 2 they cut my water off and when i called they told me i was on the list even though i payed it and charged me 30 dallors to turn my water back on…. WORST WATER COMPANY EVER! CROOKED COMPANY.
I mean can a business get anymore rinky-dink backwoods? I hate that I even have to give a star just to write a review. Hey Escambia County, how about you get with the times and have an actual business (like ECUA) run out here to Cantonment…this place is a joke!
We have been without water since early Wednesday morning and now it is Thursday night. No at the office and can’t get anyone on the phone or by email. Highway 29 north needs water.
Can’t even truly give it a star. I know im not the best at keeping up with paying but they will not work with you. They are constantly rude. And the hours are not long enough. I work in Pensacola till 330 so it’s hard to get there in time for closing.
I work out of town they printed wrong disconnect date on bill so when water got turned off I called and asked why they said it was due I told them about the date the lady said it was obviously a clerical error do I told her I’d pay they can …

Since new management has taken over this company, I have seen such a dramatic change in the way it’s ran! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding! You can tell the two ladies in the office take pride in what they do, and love making it a better place not only for employees but customers !
