  9. They are usually pretty fair with their billing and prices. If you get a cutoff they will usually extend it for you. We rarely have electrical problems. If we do it’s usually during a storm or strong winds. The longest we have had to wait for them to get it back on is 3 hours and that was because of down power lines.
