These guys are ON IT!!! I WASN’T EVEN THERE 30 MINUTES AND THEY HAD MY TRUCK UNLOADED AND READY FOR ME TO GO THERE WAS NO WAIT THEY WERE VERY HOSPITABLE… Thank you countryside you guys were great
I will give 0 star to their customer service. Highly unprofessional. The customer service lady just disconnected the phone in the middle of the conversation. Won’t recommend this service to anyone in the neighborhood.
I told the woman on the phone I didn’t like her attitude and asked for her name while talking with their customer service, she told me no and then hung up. I will tell everyone I can how terrible their service is.
Now they want only plastic bags at the curb…which are easily torn open by pests by the time they roll out of bed and pick up the trash…usually 12 noon!!! What a joke of a company!!!
Countryside is the best! Very cheap and reliable service. We have also used them for dumpster rentals and the customer service is always nice and friendly.
I have used Countryside Disposal for several years now. They have never failed to pick up the garbage. Even on a few occasions when we forgot to take the garbage down to the road. The men came up and grabbed my cans for me. Thanks guys!!
They make you prepay and refuse to issue a refund if you move out of their territory. Seems unreal to keep people’s money for unused service. When asked if we could use what we have paid for a large pick up, we were told no!
Apparently this was too much for them to handle, a few empty totes that were set out with bagged trash. You would think that you would want to make your customers happy, but not this company. They seem to get off on making people upset. Well I guess I will put it out again next week, and the week after that until it is picked up….
I can’t understand all the negative reviews. When I call they are very polite. Also, my trash is always picked up in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

I don’t understand any of the poor reviews on this company in the years I’ve been using them I’ve only ever received exceptional customer service.
