This place is a joke to me .i have had insurance with theses people for like two months or so .and when. Its time to pay my bill they will say oh its coming out and when u call the bank there is nothing coming out.i dont understand how hard it is to pull money from an account.
Alot of dumb complaints and some are probably mistaking this company for a company named Countrywide. I am in the insurance business and this is who insures me. Do you actually think I would insure myself with a company that would be headache at the time of a loss?
I’ve had them for years never had any issues and definitely the cheapest…my insurance agent uses them for her personal car insurance
Switched back to old insurance company due to raised rates with out proper notification. Customer support isn’t anything like my old one had either. Wasn’t a great experience for me.
This company is totally fraud. The agent name Peggy she s the worst agent I have ever deal with . She ask me to shut up when I was trying to explain my situation that why I had to cancel policy with them , but she was load and keep aske me to shut up. So be a alert and keep paying them with checks not a cash
My Agent wrote my policy through Countryway. Rates were very competitive and I have no problems. No one likes to pay for insurance but I have great coverage and the price is great.
The agent has taken 3 weeks now to get back to me about an accident that was their insured driver’s fault can’t even call or email back. Horrible.
