  4. I wish I didn’t even have to give one star. Our electric bills are outrageously high, and the people who work for that company are rude and unreasonable. If I didn’t HAVE to use that company I would pay triple to get to switch.

  6. Overpriced. I don’t know how anyone would be able to continue having electricity at these rates. What is sad is you have to choose between groceries or electricity an this is the ONLY option for electricity in our area.

  8. This electric company charges you DOUBLE what other company’s charge. Where I live in East Texas, I have no option but to use the company. If I had an option, I would NEVER use this company. Highway robbery.

  9. Their service is out every few weeks for multiple hours for “service.” They have no problems charging exorbitant fees and rates. Unfortunately they have a monopoly on this area and there are no other choices. They couldn’t retain half of their customers if there were other choices.
