Paid for a water tap two months ago still won’t answer the phone Field supervisor never answers phone and they never call you back I’ve never seen such an unprofessional company in my life
They pick and choose when they want to answer the phone . So then you have to drive up there to find out they cut your water off by mistake π‘ literally cannot stand this place !!!!! ππΌππΌππΌππΌ β¦
3 months ago I paid to have water taped onto my land. I have called these people several times. When I call them it’s the same story we do not have information on file, we need it again (but they have my money). Then they forward me to the β¦
I think it’s poor public assistance when the public cannot look online nor go into the office and get a fee schedule to see what the fees for the county water system are; ie. meter installation; new service, deposits, etc.
When I decided to relocate to this area of Columbus County NC, I had no idea that getting water would the worst experience ever.
I had been living in the town of Cerro Gordo and received a notice of the town β¦
Unfortunately the absolute WORST utility company I have ever used. Unfortunate for me this is the water company used in m y area. Could use a huge update to their website as well as some serious customer service training for the employees. β¦
Will not answer the phone and have an attitude when they do answer. Have rental property in Columbus county and so glad I donβt live there.
