Please learn from my mistakes. If you are buying a home and these people are you water company…RUN!!! These people are pirates and charge roughly double what water costs anywhere else in Columbus.
Very expensive for just sewage no bill less than $250. They send you one notice to remind you of payment and then shut you off even if you have a baby in the house. No call to remind you or ask for payment. They just shut you off and then charge you to turn it back on after you make a payment.
Called and set up an appointment, the gentleman showed up on time and we got right to the issue. He even helped me locate the sump pump. Fantastic experience
I would not even give 1 star! Reading my bill it says my family of 3 uses over 67,000 gallons in a 3 month period!!!!!! How is that even possible? They charge a ridiculous amount. Something is not right with this place and they are stealing money from everyone!!!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Rates are ridiculous and a $6.50 “service fee” to pay your bill. If you need to talk to a live person forget about it no one ever answers no matter what day or time you call!

My water bill is over $300 for a family of 3 including a baby. This is ridiculous. Carie M is so rude and unprofessional. If I would’ve known that I would have to deal with this before I purchased my house, I would have never bought it. Something needs to be done.
Get automatic bill pay, it’s 2018. And stop charging me $6.50 to not drive downtown to pay my bill, it’s absurd.
They say they are open but when I got down here, I was told that there closed to the public and you have to use the drop box outside.
