  1. I was very disappointed I drove from creswell on Sunday October 1 2017 and it was closed even though online it said open till 5:00 .I guess October 1st the hours changed.Just wish the hours of operation would have been updated instead of saying they were open today untill 5:00

  2. I used to go there just to recycle, used to. Once i was done recycling, their new weigh system required me to sit in line to get out at two different weigh points. It took me 15 minutes to leave the place. Never again.

  3. The price to dump is amazing but every time I try and call I never speak to anyone. It gets really annoying. Try and make there customer service for answering the phones a little bit better please.

  4. My husband in his 60’s with COPD had a general laborer get in his face about a cardboard box! Today, saturday, March 28th. Not acceptible. I will not sacrifice my husband for an angry employee over the wrong placement of a box! You may …

  5. The landfill closes at 6. I show up at 545 and get charded $25 instead of the $12 I was charged the previous time. The lady in the booth tells me that the scales are closed at 545 and at that point they charge by volume. It says this no …

  6. Have always used the recycle and dump services for cost, convenience, and the people. Whether we have a truckload or just 4 cans; the staff is always pleasant, helpful, and make visit as easy as possible.

  7. What a mess. They’ve reconfigured the Glenwood site so that it is an absolute traffic jam. Well worth driving further to go to a transfer station. It’s like they want people to litter in the woods.

  8. This place is ripping people off , I called and asked about how much a truck load of storm debris is to drop off , the lady on the phone said $8 , so when I drop off the load, they charged me 34.00. I confronted them and they said oh $8 is a …

  9. Shout out to the helpful young woman at the Hazardous Waste Collection Center. An appointment is required to drop off hazardous materials – pesticides, herbicides, paint, etc. I had all the above. I had called ahead for an appointment at …

  10. A place for everything. Friendly personnel and well organized. Once you’ve been there you can load accordingly if you are recycling.

  11. Exit is designed backwards. Making trucks with trailers cross lanes while small cars block all traffic. This was a massive screw up on the people that approved the design. Placing the larger scale in the lane closer to the truck and trailer side would have eased the exit and minimized the traffic buildup.

  12. It was awesome. Wow the views, the smells words cannot convey my experience. Life was weighing me down but after my visit I felt lighter. I highly recommend.

  13. I love this place, you can carry your recyclables sorted out and at the back or top of your load and can drop them off in the appropriate place before weighing the vehicle with the things you cannot recycle. I have never had a bad experience there in the 8 years I have lived in Eugene

  14. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I have never interacted with any employee that were rude. My experience is everyone I’ve had the great pleasure of interacting with is polite and courteous and it is affordable I don’t care what …

  15. Clean well organized place clearly marked recycling area and garbage area. They take just about anything from old electronics to florescent light bulbs. Pro tip you get a dollar off if you recycle. Friendly helpful staff.

  16. First time going here. I was confused at first but then I was directed to the place I needed to unload at. Really clean, I was surprised.
I had leftover junk from making a Christmas Float, to get rid of.

  17. Super easy visits, quick simple service and great pricing… Pay attention to the special disposal items list at the front kiosk, fires can start or worse if ppl dump dangerous items.

  18. It was pleasant. I. Will dispose. with them again in the near future. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else for my disposal needs. The way they dispose of garbage it’s just absolutely fascinatingly environmentally conscious and sound. I …

  19. I have gone there a lot over the years. The staff is always nice and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a dump trailer, the covered side of the dump can get a little tight to back into on busy days. If you have a regular trailer and are unloading by hand, the recycle side has lots of room to back into.

  20. Once at the LCWMF , stay in the far right lane and itll circle you around to the recycle staging area first.
I usually make a trip with just recycle material. Its free , when I do have …

  21. Been here several times during the week, I highly recommend avoiding the weekends unless you have an hour or so to dump. The weekends are much busier than weekdays. …
