  1. The worst company I’ve ever delt with. Trash was flying out of there truck, struck my vehicle and refuses to do anything about it. Looks like we’ll have to get lawyers involved.

  2. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. The employees are unreliable, rude and inappropriate at best. There is no point in contacting management because they will lie to protect the poor behavior of their employees.

  3. I forgot to put my trash out one day and called customer service they had another truck in the area come pick up my trash the next day. Love county waste customer service and trash pickup they have always been great.

  4. Just got off the phone with a rep. Was on hold for over 55 min. So when you are told to call make sure your phone is charged. No excuse for that. Going to look for a different collection service.

  5. They won’t even answer their phone! I doubt I would get acceptable service from these rubes. Fortunately, since they are uncontactable I’ll never have to deal with them. I’ll stay with Republic (with whom I’m less than enthused.)

  7. Increased prices twice in 2018 (31.8% increase) without any notification to customers. I’m kicking these guys to the curb and hiring the good ol’ boys running round the county roads in plywood-sided pickups. They deserve my money–County Waste deserves a lost account.
