The worst Customer service ever no one will answer the phones forced to leave a message which no one returns trying to cancel my service very frustrating

Terrible company.
Turned my water off for an upgrade. Told me the water would be off 8 am to 5 PM. They didn’t show till 2 pm. It’s now 1030 at night. No water no toilet flushing no dishes no dinner no showers.
I can’t even get to my bill online to set up a payment.AND I’m unable to get to someone thru the phone tree!

Never signed up for autopay and my profile even indicates that I am not signed up for it, yet I was charged by autopay 4 days after paying my bill and they won’t refund me. The amount will just be applied to my next bill.. in 2 months.
