I tried to call and report a leak in the middle of Corinth road and could not speak to a human being, after I hung up and hit #2 for new service I got someone on the phone.They came out and dug up my front yard to repair the leak that actually fed my neighbors house, and left a huge mess!Thanks CCWA
Should explain to customers that are changing over from Cavender that you are responsible for tying into system before water is shut off from Cavender!
Cant give 0 stars. System is WAY too complicated. Other utilities seem to know how to do it just fine. I believe based on all these negative comments, there needs to be a serious change in leadership.,
If I could give this company a negative reviews it would get it.This company turned my neighbors water off for $3 not $30 but $3 dollars and charged her a 40 reconnect fee.This company is pitiful.
They make the simplest process very difficult. The folks are hard to deal with and I hope they are looking internally to improve customer service and make it easier for folks to get water and irrigation needs easier. …
I have not had a problem from this provider. Representatives are always friendly, if sometimes hard to reach, but my issues have always been sorted out and explained to me.

Obviously there is a problem in leadership that trickles down the ladder. There is no way a company would hold onto rude , manipulative ,people unless it’s normal behavior higher up.
