Don’t expect any consideration for the mobility impaired.
Besides everything going on you think you would open up before 10:30!! Like my father always said half the day is gone!!
You ppl can’t provide heat for San Antonio when its the worst. We will now come against you and dissolve this worthless monopoly
I live in rural Helotes…I’ve been deployed with more stable power infrastructure. Day 2 with no power…
Not that you have a choice but dont depend on these folks too help you when theres a problem. 55 degrees in the house and dropping and no one to report too. Phenomenal.
It’s not the weather, It’s the incompetent actions of CPS POLICY. My favorite is the excuses the call center keeps making. CPS stands for CANT POWER S@#!
We have been without power since 1100pm last night. CPS won’t answer the telephone.
A far smarter way to handle ” timed outages” is to actually SHARE the information and hours their customers will be without power WITH THE CUSTOMERS ! My backyard chickens were depending on a heat lamp last night ALL night for survival. Would have been helpful to have known. Poor management.
CPS should be held accountable for how poor they handled this weather emergency. I wish I had an option for a different power company. The monopoly they hold in this city is ridiculous. …
Wow just wow. Since 2am last night we have been with out power. It turns on sometimes for like 10 min and back off . I get it. The city is having issues. When you call and get hold of people being rude etc. Get you personal right. What …

Past two days power has shut off mid day for 7+ hours, couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Today after being put on “callback” for an hour and a half Lisa from “outage” informed me that our area (78250) is on a “temporary line” she doesn’t have …
Cassandra set me up with an interview after reviewing my resume AND experience. We set a date for today 07/06/2022 at 3pm with Eli, who was 30 min late to my interview because “Things happen in the Janitorial business” we sit down and talk …
Say we have to call to get solar panels turned on, we call, leave messages and they refuse to return our calls. Gee. And price gauging everyone. Fraudsters. The worst part? They are aware we have medical equipment and we can’t survive a power outage, solar power and batteries would protect us. Doesn’t matter to these elites.
