When you call in the CSRs are not friendly. You are told one thing in the evening & the next day you are told “it was a contracting company that you spoke with. Sorry.” They’re not helpful & it’s like talking to a wall.

I think you do an awesome job keeping our power on. For us to be so rural we very seldom loose power, and very rare that it is down any length of time. Thanks for you hard work.
They are unmovable on payment plans. And no budget billing. They keep raising their service charges on the meters. My bill is over sixty dollars before the electric is used, each and every month.
Still waiting on my meter to be replaced when I paid my deposit last week and was told it would be fixed the next business day. Spoke yo several people and finally got Maty the engineer and he told me it would be sometime this week?!?! Its 90 degrees outside and still I have no electric. Worst company ever

Fantastic Customer Service! I called to inquire about billing/meter numbers on a handful of billboards my company owns, and I was on and off the phone in less then 10 minutes. The Rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to suggest additional information, which I ended up needing.
Ok been with this company over 20 years. May have been late a couple times but always paid. Things have been tough lately and had most of my bill paid but was 94 dollars past due and they shut my electric off. Knowing people are struggling right now they wanted 350 deposit. Not a company that cares.

They have always been friendly and great to deal with. Even when six poles went down in a storm, my electric was back on in way less than 24hours. Some of the best rates in the US too.
Same as many others… yes payment was late… said they called but I have their number in my phone and never had a missed call and for fact NO VOICEMAIL BEFORE THEY SHUT MY POWER OFF. Just plain jerks. I’ve been a paying customer for 15+ years… and no email or voicemail.voice-mail.. they like charging that reconnect fee. Unethical

Poor line maintenance, if you get more than a light rain you can expect an outage for several hours, days and in some cases, weeks.

I have never had an issue with my electric company. In fact it is the best electric coop I have dealt with.
