Poor customer service, rude and unprofessional. Even my 10 years old daughter was uneasy due to their harsh behaviour, unkindness and lack of sympathy.
My daughter appointment was at 9 she sat there 30 minutes before they started on her and she was in the back already. So we left appointment at 10:20 from here just getting rubber bands switched out.
With the four locations, it’s very easy to get an appointment. Office staff is attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend them. They’ve started a rewards system to offer patients incentives to maintain their braces! AMAZING!
