I have been having issues getting a card sent to my house and no one at this branch would give me a straight answer or seemed to want to help in the slightest. This experience was almost enough to make me want to change banks.

This credit union is the worse I have ever bank with. I had a car repo from me and they didn’t even do the paperwork right. Now they taken me to court and didn’t even serve the paperwork to me. They drop it off to someone else.
I enjoy my experience at CU1 with all my banking needs. But I do remember all my necessary information so verifying me is easy for both parties involved.
