Very rude people with no solutions to your questions. Every answer is “that’s just the way it is.” I don’t like how you can’t pay a loan over the phone or online. You have to go in or mail it in. They are very inconvenient and they don’t seem to care that they are inconvenient.

Visited this location for the first time. Will NEVER go back! Both the Member Service Rep and the manager were extremely rude and condescending. Normally visit the branch off of Woodlawn. Think I will stick with my home branch. Truly a shame!
Absolute trash!! If I had a zero star I would use it. These people serviced a loan by reporting me as unpaid to the credit unions because there was forced applied insurance on a vehicle that I carried insurance from day one! Only use their products and services if you want to be berated, belittled and have your credit crumble.

Called about an issue and customer service representative was unfriendly and unhelpful. Called back and got a different rep and had the same issue. Someone else who banks here said they would be able to take care of the issue and unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

I recently went to the Delano branch of Credit Union of America. The loan officer I worked with was Luis. I had a great experience. He was knowledgeable and gave me several options. He prepared the documents quickly and effectively and answered all my questions. Great customer skills.
I went into the branch to get one thing done. Luis was able to not only help with the one task, he was also able to get me a better interest rate on my vehicle and a better monthly payment. The process was painless and quick and he was so professional and kind!! I love this branch and will continue to do my business here
