The office is very very easy to get into, I’ve never waited in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. I’ve been seeing NP Jennifer Taylor for nearly 5 years, she’s wonderful.

I got a food borne illness and called Dr. Bruckert’s office. They told me to come right over and gave me an IV right there at the office. It helped tremendously. It was si nice to not have to go to the ER and cheaper. I was very pleased with the friendly staff and prompt attention. Well done.
I had an appointment. I canceled the appointment a week early. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I explained I could not, I was in California and did not know when I would be back. They charged me for the cancelation. I called and asked them to take the charge off. They refused. They asked me to find another provider.
