  1. Terrible Customer Service. Agents are rude and not helpful. They make it difficult to get supplies which has greatly affected my health. Will be looking for a new supply company.

Paperwork from my physician’s office was sent 3 months ago, but after calling CressCare they told me they had not received the paperwork from my physician. My appointment was kept at the time scheduled and they followed up with me afterwards as promised. Very positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
