Terrible bank to deal with. Been getting worse over the last few years and today they locked the door right in my face 4 mins before they were supposed to close. That’s the last straw.

Horrible bank. Don’t ever make a mistake. They will tax you with overdraft fees for days. I would love to know how much they have made off of me already. That’s not counting my wife and kids.
This is a horrible credit union, they are biased and the customer service is at best very minimal. They offer very little banking options, unaccommodating and they do not value you , your money or your service.

Horrible! Absolutely no idea what customer service entails. They make you jump through multiple hoops to deposit money into your own account without valid explanation as to why you’ve got to jump. There is no need to wonder why CVFCU cannot keep members.

I have been with Cross Valley FCU since 1995. I had another bank for a very brief time before joining Cross Valley. I would never chose any other institution! Banking. Loans. Always the Best service. I honestly do not know why anyone would go anywhere else !
