Second after I told Beth that my old torn meniscus in my knee was hurting she replied “I hope you won’t be limping tomorrow.” Finally she told me I was talking too much. I walked out then while I still could!

I started here nearly a year ago and as someone who injured myself weightlifting in the past, I really appreciated the attention to form and safety they have here. That said, it’s challenging! Also, the teachers are very helpful, friendly, and encouraging. Recommended!
