  5. They did not do my depo shot right the first time nor the second time. The first time she let my underwear band hit the needle. Severe pain. Second time was a different lady and she didn’t even pinch my fat. Severe pain again.

  6. I’ve been seeing the doctors here for almost 4 years, I’ve been referred to the proper specialists when needed and they always take great care of me….when I wait. Sometimes it takes a few hours to be seen because they are a great staff but understaffed. They are worth the wait.

  7. The staff in the front to check in, chat more than they work, and on their phones. One was rude to me, and tilted her head to talk to me sarcastically. Then people came in to “deliver lunch” and that’s all I could hear any of the employees talking about. “Uhhh can’t wait to eat lunch”. How about y’all do your jobs?

  9. Walked in first thing in the morning. Rude lady at the front desk asked me what gave me the impression that I could come in without an appointment. I replied, ” That sign outside that reads Walk-ins welcome”. We walked right back out. Having a rude receptionist isn’t a good way to attract patients.

  13. Dr. Bhatia and wonderful staff of nurses techs, and NPs have taken care of me through emergencies, Covid testing, cardiac testing, and simple sprains, allergies, etc. Get appt if possible but if your walk in seems more serious, let them know asap.
