Awesome place to set up shop and get some work done.
The people who work the front desk and really helpful and nice.
You might even meet someone that you will end up working with…
Love working here, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities sufficient and well maintained… is a good place for a professional to do the work that really matters to them.
Our website server seems to go offline multiple times per day, effectively making our organization invisible. Looking into changing our hosting company to something a little more professional.
I really want to like and support local business, BUT…every time I call customer service the rep acts like I’m bothering them. I’m always rushed through my questions and hurried to get off the phone. Plus, I find it rude at the end of our conversation the rep simply hangs up and does not say good bye.
I use Cruzio for my home and business. They are very easy to deal with. When I call them for help, I talk to a live person right away, no getting stuck in an automated call center.
Cruzio is stellar: both as an Internet Service Provider and as a colo office space. The staff is super friendly, the internet is always fast and since working there I’ve yet to experience down time. The space is also well-lit, very open and plays host to many talented professionals who enjoy networking.
The only benefit of Cruzio over ATT is that Cruzio isn’t ATT. Right now, we have no internet service but there’s no tech support available because it’s after 6:00 pm. So we’ll be without WiFi until tomorrow, when we still won’t get service …
Overall very happy with cruzio’s internet service. Thankful to have people like Ian, who is willing to spent the time to graciously explain / walk me through set up of a new device.
Sorry to say that after years of being able to rely on them to tell us honestly about their internet speed in this neighborhood, we made the mistake of believing them when they said the speed would now be adequate. After an expensive and …
I really wanted to support a local telecom provider, instead of the big monopolies, but the overall product at Cruzio was very poor, expensive, and I got contradictory responses at different times. The 2 stars are for their home tech guys …
I want to write a favorable review – but this is Honest. I was a customer for about 7 years – paying on time. When I moved I cancelled the account and was billed for service Not used! Word to the wise – use Cruzio if you like SLOW internet …
Basic Internet services at a good price. If you get wire line service the wires will still be owned by AT&T, so it will cost extra when things go wrong with the wires, which is not unusual in the older parts of Santa Cruz. Better service for business customers. They can get fiber, so no problem.
It’s what I call WAVE internet. It comes in waves, sometimes you get what you pay for, and sometimes you get the boot. Then abruptly the net will randomly turn off, no email, no alert, nothing. Just no service, until when ever it turns back …
Well, they were great to get internet service installed and working at 100 mbps for first few months, but now for last few months crawling along between 7-20 mbps and support has no real answers. New service and customer support appear to …
Just switched over and loving the wireless pro service. Since fiber seems a distant dream, I thought I’d go local and so far so good! The install (and installers) were top notch, and Jesus has been awesome with my questions before/after. …
I’ve rented a lot of offices in the past- but Santa Cruz county is the weirdest pocket in the Bay Area- if you are within this county- your upload and download speeds will be 6mps on average. This seems insane since, as a small business …

We had to wait a bit but the receptionist answered all our question clearly and they knew what they were talking about
Beautiful, bright, and spacious workplace.
Great co-working space, good local ISP, great and friendly service
Great customer service, but very pricey installation.
Went on a tour with my Intro to Networking class (UCSC CMPE 150). They were simply fantastic, & I learned a lot.
Terrible ISP. Every week another problem, starting to sound like a Jay – Z album. (I got 99 problems and they all a B**** internet
Depending on where you live, Cruzio can offer great service for comparable rates to bigger companies (Comcast).
Just finished getting great help on a call with Cruzio. I love this service and am so relieved to get away from ATT and Comcast!
Been a customer for many years and it’s so fantastic to have a local company
For example when I was having trouble comet they lent me a modem to help me …

Great service. Always friendly and helpful staff, you never have to talk to a machine like the big ISPs, its real people. Keep up the good work.
