Stephanie Smart is wonderful, I have been seeing her as my primary and she has always been kind, professional and respectful. Highly recommend this facility.
There is absolutely no reason my wife should have to wait an hour in her car for someone to come out and give her a Covid test. She went inside twice and she was assured that “ they would be out soon” and no one came so now she’s home. Thanks for nothing we will just go to ludington or something.

Every time I come here I have to wait 20 minutes to be taken back to a room after my appoint time. After that 20 minute wait you get to wait an hour+ to see a doctor. This has happened EVERY appointment I’ve had here. The hour and a half visits for simple check ups has made me late for work twice. Plan for two hours per visit.
I switched healthcare facilities to follow my physician. You made a great choice hiring Dr. Lipon. She’s great and my son absolutely loves her. Crystal Lake actually is able to get me in faster to see her, than the other facility was, which is incredible.

I’ve been seeing Dr Ryckman since 1990, he’s in the process of retiring so now I see Heidi Collins. All the Dr.’s and practitioners are great. The office staff, for the most part, are also great at what they do. I wouldn’t want their job for anything!

We call in when we arrive and they call us back when they are ready for us to go to our exam room!
Dr. Sullivan and his staff are the best. Even when they are swamped, you receive the best care ever !
