I withdrew my application and asked for my refund of $375 appraisal fee. I asked for this back on September 14th, and I just received a response today 10/18 saying it will take 30 days to refund me. Which is unacceptable to me. There were ALOT of other issues, but I’d be here all day.
DO NOT USE THEM. STAY AWAY. If you have a loan with them, they will not provide a Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement (CEMA) to avoid paying the mortgage tax in the event of a refi. This is a courtesy provided by reputable banks.
