My entire experience with cuivre has been great from planning initial install, to adding additional services, and today a outage, a quick Google showed 10 houses out and 20 mins later I had trucks on my road, without every doing anything cuivre had it covered. For only 10 houses. Incredible service.

Tried to get outage info and the connection kept hanging up on me. They also put you on hold for 5+ minutes then disconnect you. Poor service style. Even if it is a small business they need to improve their customer service!!!

Reported our outage at 2:30am and it never was investigated, we had to report several times before it was even listed on their outage map. If we had a choice we would most definitely pick another company. This o e is horrible!!!!!! If I could give a lower rating I would.

The worst electric provider I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Staff is clueless and rude. The terms are riddled with hidden fees and they have no sense of being reasonable. Expect to be disappointed.
Most ridiculous company I have ever had to deal with. Privacy issues are one thing, but if anyone wants to make a payment to my bill… LET THEM. You don’t need to divulge personal information just to tell someone the minimum payment or how much deposits are. Seriously…. overboard.
